A Little About Me...

Stevo and Me en route to a swap meet in my coupe.
This is where I'm supposed to be real insightful and tell eveyone all the things that make me interesting so you'll keep coming back to read what I write and thus keep you riveted to your computer waiting for the next update. Well, I have some bad news; I'm not all that interesting. Sure, I have my moments, but I can't maintain that level all the time.
What I can tell you is that I've spent a lot of time in the local community college working towards several majors. I've changed majors a couple times which explains why I've spent so much time there. That and my math skills are lacking, really lacking. I'm now working on the last half of my networking/security degree. While attending school, I landed a student part-time gig that quite honestly I only wanted to pad my resume. After working this job for 3 quarters, I was promoted to a real part-time position. this meant more hours, more money and more responsibilities. Now that will REALLY look good on the resume! I work as much as thirty hours a week and this quarter, I'm carrying 8 credit hours of class time. That's two nights a week.
As for more personal info, I will say that I'm married. My wife and I have one son from her previous marriage. Joshua is a great kid so I happily claim him as my own. He is married and they gave my wife and I a great new grandson in March of '07. We also have TWO Old English Sheep dogs and EIGHT cats. While that may seem like a lot, it really isn't. At least not until it's time to round them up for the evening rollcall or feeding time. That's the only time it's a big deal.
All while doing this, I've been building my hot rod. This can be seen in far more depth on the Projects Page.
Send an e-mail to me here, if you want to.
